Our volunteer/Intern program or also known as Work-Based Learning Program, offers young people a hands-on opportunity to explore various careers, develop key professional skills, and gain real-world experience in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Through this program, youth will engage in activities that bridge the gap between classroom learning and the workforce, empowering them to discover their passions, build confidence, and prepare for future success in their careers.
The Work-Based Learning Program is open to all members of the Boys & Girls Club, typically targeting teens (ages 14-18), with opportunities for younger members to participate in age-appropriate learning activities.
To participate please print and fill out the forms below and turn in any other requested documents at the Monte Vista Clubhouse, 753 W Lowell Ave, Tracy, CA 95376.
