Year round program with an emphasis on youth leadership, community service and communications through written and oral presentations.  Participation from members in the 6^th – 12^th grades.  

Each participant must prepare a written speech on various topics – all related to the impact the Club has had on them and or their future.  They share the speech via on oral presentation among their peers followed by a District (Tracy, Jefferson, Banta, Escalon) competition.  1 winner from each District then move on to the BGCT Youth of the Year event where 1 elementary and 1 high school winner is selected.
